You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from khealth.eu withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify a reason for the return
The return of the item (s) is at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the Khealth has made a mistake when sending the order.
To replace or return an item purchased by khealth.eu, you must fill in the Return Form, which you will find on the site and send the item to the address listed below.
In case you want an exchange, please specify the size for which you want the item to be replaced. In case you want a refund, please provide a bank account number (IBAN).
The number of your order can be found in the information email you received for a successful order or on the invoice attached to your initial purchase.
In the case of exchange, the new item will be sent to you after we have received the returned parcel.
In the case of return, refund will be made through a bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of the receving back the stock, at the address indicated by the trader (see below).
The returned items must be unworn, unused and with their original tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be accepted.
The consumer has the right to make a complaint in case of defect or hidden defect of the goods and after the expiration of the 14-day period for replacement or return. All courier costs incurred by the consumer for its return to the merchant are reimbursed by the latter.
