The customer has the right to return or exchange any product purchased through khealth.eu within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return of item/s is at the customer's expense, except in cases where KHEALTH has made an error when sending the order.
To exchange or return an item purchased from khealth.eu, you must complete the Return Form, which you will find on the site, and send the item to the address below.
In the event that you would like an exchange, please indicate the size for which you would like the item exchanged.
In case you want a refund, please indicate the bank account number (IBAN) and the three names.
The returned goods must be carefully stored, with undamaged labeling, quality and original packaging, and without signs of wear (use).
In the event of an exchange, the new item size is sent to the customer after the item already purchased is returned.
In case of cancellation of the contract (finally returned item), the merchant will refund to the customer the amount paid by him by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item at the address specified by the merchant (see below).
The costs of returning the goods are for your account, according to Art. 47, para. 1, item 9 of the Consumer Protection Act.
